In order to protect our upscale brand image and consistency, we ask that all retailers,  store owners and eTailers alike, adhere to the following sales and marketing policies.

Organized From The Start, Inc. (OFTS) is very proud of its patent-pending products and its registered trademark (BabyBriefcase®).  Properly labeling our products in all venues will decrease the likelihood of copycats, which is a benefit to both OFTS and to very valued retailers like you.  We are diligently and legally pursuing all imitation OFTS products and welcome any information that you may have regarding imitations or copycats.

1.     Registered Trademark Usage

The proper spelling and trademark usage is as follows:

BabyBriefcase^®

It is required that any and all appearances of our BabyBriefcase^® products are always depicted exactly as shown above and not by any other name or identification. 

2.     Product Name Spelling

1. BabyBriefcase^® must always be spelled as one word (no space between Baby and Briefcase). 

2. Both “B”s in BabyBriefcase^® are always capitalized.

3. Proper spelling and trademarking should also be incorporated into website source code in title, product category for navigation or “bread crumbs,” and “meta tags” including content, name, description, and keywords.

3.      Search Engines and Shopping Carts

1. Retailers may NOT submit Organized From The Start, BabyBriefcase^® or any variations or misspellings of those trademarks to “Pay Per Click” (PPC) search engines including but not limited to Yahoo, Google, Froogle, Amazon.com and Overture.

2. Retailers may NOT submit any links that contain our website URLs (www.babybriefcase.com, www.organizedfromthestart.com) to PPC search engines including but not limited to Yahoo, Google, Froogle, Amazon.com and Overture.

3. Retailers may NOT sell BabyBriefcase off of Amazon.com, eBay, or any other auction site.

4.      Approval of website listing

Website pages must be pre-approved before they are published.  Send a link to tamar@organizedfromthestart.com.  Requests will be reviewed and processed as quickly as possible.

Any violation of this policy by a retailer, shall, in OFTS’s sole and absolute discretion, result in an immediate halt to all OFTS shipments and sales to such retailer. 

As to all matters regarding a retailer’s sale or advertising of OFTS products over the internet, OFTS may, in its sole and absolute discretion, grant, deny, delay, condition, or revoke approval to the retailer to display information about or sell OFTS products  over the internet.
